The Minnesota Vikings have secured the future of their star wide receiver, Justin Jefferson, by signing him to a four-year contract extension. The deal was announced on Monday, ensuring that Jefferson will remain with the team through the 2026 season.

Jefferson, 23, has quickly established himself as one of the most talented pass-catchers in the NFL since being drafted by the Vikings in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In his first two seasons, he has been selected to the Pro Bowl and named to the NFL's All-Pro Second Team by both the Associated Press and Pro Football Focus.

In 2021, Jefferson led the NFL in receiving yards and touchdowns, becoming only the fourth player in NFL history to surpass 1,600 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns in their first two seasons.
